Cavaliers Win, Tie Series With Celtics

Close Game Ends in Cleveland's Favor

The Cleveland Cavaliers have evened their Eastern Conference semifinal series against the Boston Celtics with a 105-104 victory in Game 3 on Saturday night in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Cavaliers were led by Dean Wade, who scored 19 points off the bench. Darius Garland added 17 points and 10 assists, while Donovan Mitchell contributed 16 points.

Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 23 points, followed by Jaylen Brown with 22 points. Boston's defense held Cleveland to just 38.5% shooting from the field, but the Cavaliers made up for it by hitting 14-of-32 from three-point range.

The game was close throughout, with neither team leading by more than 10 points. The Celtics took a five-point lead with just over two minutes remaining, but the Cavaliers rallied to tie the game and send it to overtime.

In overtime, the Cavaliers took control of the game and held on for the victory. Wade hit a three-pointer to give Cleveland the lead for good with just over two minutes remaining.

The series is now tied 1-1, with Game 4 scheduled for Monday night in Cleveland.
